“Used to be amazing. Now stuff isn't working and they are trying to pass off AI as real customer service that's a joke. If it wasn't AI I have never had a human repeat the question back to me as the solution. Bummer because I loved the app but if they can't even provide customer service anymore I would rather spend more and go to anther app.”
