Il peut y avoir des délais de livraison parfois plus long mais c'est généralement respecté et le service client est super réactif ! Tarifs hyper compétitifs, pas trouvé moins cher sur le marché du drop sur les ref qui m'intéressaient Idéal pour faire du drop en français !!”
“Fuyez !!!! Le catalogue est vraiment bien fournis, la qualité est correcte, le SAV est absent, et les délais de fabrication sont très très très longs. Pour résumer, la façade est belle mais derrière c'est c'est une coquille de noix vide. Passez votre chemin. De plus j'ai bien l'impression que les avis positifs sont faux : par exemple ils n'ont pas de téléphone pour joindre le service client, alors que je lis un avis 5 étoiles qui dit que le service client est op par téléphone !!!”
