“The product is, as described, excellent. Customer support is fantastic; they are 24 hours a day through live chat and can resolve any issues right away. They are even able to (when given permission) get control over your Shopify to make the necessary changes. I would only recommend making sure whenever you give someone access to your account, so make sure you know what will be done beforehand so that everything is clear for both parties. Overall, 10/10 is very good; thanks, Johnson and Kaity!”
