“Been using this app for a couple of years now. First of, the app is pretty expensive. The app works, however, there is so much clicking around to do. The main problem and the reason for the 2 stars is that the app doesn't work for orders received via Shop Pay, Buy Button or any other accelerated checkout buttons/ apps. The company will be ready to blame Shopify for this. Other than the sleek UI and some customization abilities, nothing good in terms of making it easy for the Shopify seller.”
