“I am using Bold Sales app for few years now, so far the best app as it adds gift automatically to the cart and does not create a code for it (so customers can use another discount with the gift). App is easy to set up and intuitive. Support is extra quick. There are two missing features I would love to se within the app: displaying free gift regular price and reduced price. The second option for customers to pick the colour of the gift.”
“I contacted Bold customer support, asking for a phone call. They've responded with a series of emails, none of which are helpful. I keep telling them that the stuff they're sending is not helpful - that I need a phone call to explain my issue. I'm still waiting . . .”
