“Avoid! I had been using Taxually to handle submitting our IOSS returns for a couple of years. However, recently service has gone downhill. We have been billed for services we did not ask for and the invoices for IOSS returns was over 12 months late. They have also been very difficult when we requested to deregister IOSS with them so we could move to a new provider. The Shopify sync also does not work.”
