We were able to do it efficiently and reduced our error rates significantly after using this app. The app is easy to use. Tech support is excellent. Ali, Genie's founder, is very responsive to our needs. He has troubleshoot our issues and made modifications for us so it would adapt to our needs.”
“The app hasn't been working correctly for weeks now. I loved it at first, but now customers have been able to select pickup dates I originally blacked out. Unfortunately I had to switch apps since the main feature I need to work doesn't work anymore. Original review: Ali spent several hours doing custom coding for me to ensure the app works exactly how I need it to. I'm an artisan bakery without a storefront, and I needed a way to give my customers multiple pickup options based on the different farmers markets I do. Highly recommend this app if you need that as well!”
