“Support is never online. Worked great for awhile and it stopped working for no known reason. I contacted support and they fixed the issue after a couple of days which is reasonable enough time. However They asked me to modify my review and I was happy to after the solution was fixed but the holiday and I was ill kept me from doing so. I went today and I noticed that the app was uninstalled from my shop in which I did not uninstall. I go into my shop logs and it was uninstall and canceled by them since I had to grant them access to my store. This is not how you treat customers.”
