“I have been with Shipworks since 2010 and they are by far the best shipping solution out there. They have bumps in the road but there system far outweighs any other for simplicity and organization. They will need to start making updates with email and some other stuff but on the WHOLE there is nothing better. I have tried them all and Shipworks has great support and fixes it! Sometimes you do need to call back and talk to a different rep if you don't get the answer you want but they do get it fixed. Nothing but good things to say about Shipworks!!”
“Been using it for a few years now. It's been great, but been having issues with split orders. When splitting orders, it fulfills the order 100% in shopify with the first tracking number, then never updates shopfify when you fulfill further orders in shipworks. I contacted support and they said they had a previous feature request, but that request has been in the queue for over 3 years. Needless to say, I am looking for an alternative shipping solution.”
