“I have not been able to log in for over 7 hours. 3 devices, each with 2 browsers, 3 reps, and ZERO resolve. I have deleted cookies, rebooted wifi, restarted the three devices and NOTHING! I get the 2FA code but the screen after password says it cannot be accessed. Where do I put the text code? I am very disappointed. And as much as I hate to change shipping apps after nearly 10 years, I think it time. For those considering SHIPPING EASY! LOOK ELSEWHERE. There support has even gone downhill. They used to be good, real good.”
