“We had a problem with sell by weight app, but the company reached out and walked me through the process. So far, it's working exactly as it's supposed to. I have to say it was actually nice talking a person on the phone instead of a robot or being redirected for 4 hours like all the other apps. 5 stars now, thank you”
“Horribly slow, sometimes doesn't load. Too bad shopify didn't mention you can't enter decimals into their program until AFTER we transferred entire grocery store. Maybe they've never been in a grocery store and didn't realize a good portion of food is weighed at register. Adds about 5 minutes per customer to ring up. We are now just using calculators at the register and ringing up as misc. Don't bother with this one.”
