“Shopify not syncing to rollo. Have to uninstall/delete connection, reconnect for it to populate orders. States refreshed, but it's not refreshed. Edit 1: After working with support, unable to login to their account due to 2fa, and then permissions issues on their provided account(s) for them to try to track and test. Then they ghosted me, never responding to my message/emails for support requests. Still broken and randomly/intermittently not showing orders. Unreliable is an understatement. If I could give it negative stars, I would.”
