“These guys are the real deal and super helpful. probably the best customer experience ever... very impressed. we decrease churn 60% while retaining more of our customers. but the crazy thing is,that having already spoken to big expensive companies like recharge, skio etc... these guys offer full customisation and support wile doing it. best value sub app out there for sure ...”
“App had so many bugs, lost me a few customers. It stopped charging some customers randomly, or charged them alot more - which caused outrage for them. Only reason I will give this a 2 star is that the support team was good, but until the app bugs are fixed and due to losing money/subscribers as it didnt work (Did not get any compesantion for this) - I will give it 2 stars.”
