“I gotta say I've received the best customer service experience on any application since I began working on my website and creating my store. Omar's message just appeared and said he was there to help me every step of the way. I had to come back to complete the steps and was lucky to get Gasser who walked me through completion on Zoom! **note** on 11/3 I had to get more help because my inventory did not sync. Yeah, I was annoyed, but Diana was quick to see the problem and fix it. I spent enough time on this, for sure. But they are all friendly and quick to help. For this, I recommend this app!”
“QuickSync is a joke. It only transfers your products partly. And then it makes a mess of your images by tansferring only about 2/3 of your images. When you contact support about this, they constantly say they are going to fix it and update you on process. You never get any update and when you ask for an update - they'll tell you it's fixed while it's not. Absolute crap.”
