“We use this app in our shop and for the most part this works very seamlessly. It has saved us a lot of time messaging customers and creating the draft orders ourselves with the bulk discount. If we ever have issues, the support team is quick to respond and fix the issue on our site while I can focus on my business!”
“nope. The app has no way of showing the customer the discount has been applied until you go to the cart. its confusing. Customers complain about how mysterious the discount is. Not a good look when you are going for transparency and honesty. I asked them to change it and they blew me off. I will be finding another discounter app that works properly.”
