“2 years later, revisiting the custom design issue. had even made my own in a liquid file, I revisited this app. the updates they made, in the time have dramatically improved the process from the shop side. If you use good product images, 1200x1200 and work through the initial set up on one product, this app can produce the holy grail for small shops, The process is understandable, but tedious for the first product. After that, it will work like a dream//// Currently being used with a product that has 25 variants and it works great. Has a bulk order feature i havent yet explored”
“Very disappointing experience with this app. The app stopped functioning automatically, and even after reporting the issue, their support team did not take proper action to resolve it. However, they continued charging the monthly subscription fee without fail. The customization feature has been non-functional for a long time, affecting. Poor support and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.”
