“Worst customer service I've ever had from a POD company. I've had to stop using them for most products because they do not backup their products. My customer received one of their products with a massive cut in it and they want me to have them take all these new photos. No. Literally every single other POD company I use would accept the customer email and photo of the product defective. Not POPCUSTOMS. They want you to jump through crazy hoops just so they can save $20. Not the first time something like this has happened. I'm over it.”
