“Wöchentlicher Ausfall von irgendeinem System. Katastrophaler Support. Vertraglich wird zugesichert, dass Artikeldaten an Zalando übertragen werden. Da die Grunddaten seit Monaten nicht korrekt übertragen werden, den Support über das Ticketsystem kontaktiert. Nach 5 Wochen reagierte der Support mit dem Hinweis, dass der angegebene Beispielartikel bereits ausverkauft sei und man deshalb die Anfrage als gelöst einstuft. Nach erneutem Ticket mit zwei weiteren Beispielen vergehen mittlerweile wieder 4 Wochen ohne Reaktion. Wir werden wegen Vertragsverletzung rechtliche Schritte einleiten.”
