    “2年ほど前から使用しています。2023年から値上げが始まり、2024年の年初からは現在の月額30ドルになりました。その後は新しい料金プランにアップグレードする選択画面しかアプリ管理画面に表示されなくなりました。 この間サポートを何度か申請していますが、問い合わせに対しての返答はありませんでした。古くからのユーザーを大切にするべきだとおもいます。アプリの設定が出来なくなるのは旧の月額料金を支払っているユーザーには不親切であるとおもいます。サポート対応の悪さやユーザーへの扱いの悪さから星1つを付けさせていただきます。”
