“Updated review -- I tried really hard to make it work since I really like what they've built. That said, while Pickeasy support was initially very responsive and made several efforts to help us with our issue, ultimately it couldn't be resolved between Pickeasy and Shopify, so we were forced to find an alternative. After upgrading in Shopify, the CCS API still wasn't communicating with Pickeasy and each support team kept passing me back and forth to the other. I also was unable to chat the support team after a few days and they didn't respond to my last email.”
