“We uninstalled this app and stopped using it while the store was inactive, yet were still charged across multiple billing cycles. We flagged this issue starting in November and contacted support multiple times. Responses have been unclear or nonexistent, and the refund has not been processed. Shopify Support has confirmed that the developer must initiate the refund via their Partner Dashboard. We are still waiting for that to happen.”
