“We used to love this app, but, unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. What used to be a perfectly working app, now, simply, does not work. Support used to be very quick to respond and resolve issues. Now, however, they simply do not respond. We've been waiting for days for a response on a severe bug (their app simply not working) and don't even get an acknowledgement of the issue raised. We've tried communicating on their live chat, and email, but haven't received anything. It saddens me how things have changed. You're probably better off looking for another app. Shame.”
