“Isonomy Accessibility was easy to set up and started working properly right away. The support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever needed.”
“Terrible app. Can't get the widget to work. The support is bots, which can't really help. The bot tell you the support staff is not available and ask for your email, and then the bot get back to you via email. There are no documentations or videos to explain about the set up. I also have Alt Text credit (300), but when I try to use them I get an error that I don't have credit. Very unprofessional. I would give it zero stars if I could.”
