“I’ve been using IndexGPT and overall the app has good potential. Initially, I faced some difficulty reaching the support team through chat and email, and I didn’t receive a response for over a week. Later, I realized that some of the support emails may have been going to my spam folder, which explained part of the delay. That said, the live chat feature still doesn’t seem to be active, so communication can be a bit challenging at times. I’m hopeful the support experience will improve going forward, as the service itself looks promising.”
