    “HubBox has a fundamental flaw that, when used with Shopify and Royal Mail, it does not automatically correctly create labels with "LOCAL COLLECT" printed on them. This results in Post Offices refusing to accept and returning parcels to us and annoying customers who have gone to collect. It was suggested we should evaluate whether this is not better than parcels going missing from doorsteps?! HubBox customer support believes it is our responsibility to find a way to fix this. It is not. It is HubBox's, it should be built into the system. Thanks.”
