    “This app offers a terrible order management experience, falling far short of expectations overall. Shipping was chronically delayed; no order was shipped within 10 days. Logistics were chaotic, and quality control was inadequate. Many items marked as in stock were delayed indefinitely, with customer service repeatedly offering vague assurances of shipment soon, only to keep putting things off. Ultimately, I received numerous customer complaints and refund requests, causing not only financial losses but also severely damaging the brand's reputation. I strongly advise against using this app.”
