“I've been using the paid plan, and unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. The app frequently glitches when trying to download, print, or draft invoices. Loading times are consistently slow, regardless of the browser I use and crashes a lot. Another major issue is that invoice amounts are displayed in whole dollars only, without cents, which leads to confusion and lacks accuracy for financial records. For a paid professional plan, I expected better performance and reliability. I hope these issues are addressed soon, as they significantly impact usability.”
