“Product works perfectly. Not sure if it is Shopify or not, but getting it set up with Shopify is a tad confusing but the folks who own and operate this app are wonderful to assist. Buy with confidence.”
“We were able to sell a good amount of tickets, and were generally quite happy with the app. However, the level of service was not there. Jeff seems like the only person who can help but he is often busy and cannot/won't look at your issue for months (5 months and counting). For the money paid, I just couldn't justify it and looked elsewhere. There are other limitations to the app (they don't have email reminders, for instance, as well as not being able to check in customers with an Android phone, no easy way to export attendees, plus more). I had enough and have looked elsewhere.”
