“Inkedjoy has always been good to me over the years. Customer service has been helpful. I understand the time differences that some complain about but I do not have a problem with. Customer Service Rep Paul was very helpful and very respectful, as to my requests. To be able to review real images of the items ordered prior to shipping is a gamechanger for the brand.”
“I ordered samples for my brand and I am extremely disappointed. Material: The fabric is extremely thin and cheap. It becomes see-through when stretched (especially the hoodies). It feels like low-budget plastic, not clothing. Sizing: The joggers are way oversized and the fit is completely off. Print Quality: I ordered a tank top and half of the print was missing/cut off. If you are building a serious brand, look elsewhere. This quality is unacceptable for retail.”
