“かんたんにポイントシステム導入するには良いと思うが、肝心のサイト内での表示の自由度（文字の変更やレイアウト変更）がなさすぎてショックだった。「獲得ポイント」「こちらの購入で●ポイント ポイント獲得予定です」みたいな微妙すぎる定型文言しか手元では設定できずポイントシステムはできてもエンドユーザーにそれが伝わらないようなものになっている。カスタムセットアップというのがそれなのかもしれないがいちいち申し込みをして工事をしてもらわないといけない。時間もかかる。（素人向けにはいいのかもしれないがプロにとっては時間がかかるだけの邪魔すぎる仕組み）結果として、ポイントシステムはいれたもののお客様に気づいてもらえるだけの十分な文字表現やレイアウトができずあまり購買意欲やリピートに効果がある感じがしなかった。 有料にするなら手元で自由なカスタマイズがもっとできるようにしないと意味がないとおもう。ポイント機能そのものはいろいろできる感じはあるが機能があることだけに溺れている印象が強く、お客様が気づけなかったり使わなかったりしたら意味はない。 自由度がなく、これしきの定型表現しかできないのにポイントつけただけでCRMが完成できるとは思わないほうがいい。”
