“I used the app to integrate our shopify store with dpd, and create orders on dpd every time an order is placed on shopify. We then use the scan and print feature to speed up processing at depot. Super happy with the app, its very customisable and the support and help to setup is extremely supportive. I was able to contact the team and receive replies straight away, we had a quick zoom call for something more technical and we are super happy, thumbs up”
“Everything worked just fine and rating would be high, however after few months the app stopped communicating with DPD so it became quite useless. We are now trying for two months get it back on - app support team promises help with integration but their help was in telling us go and solve it with DPD - good luck trying to do that when you dont understand technology. We give it last week to try to resolve and than we have to uninstall as it does not make sense to pay for something that has no use.”
