“Probably the worst app to use if you want to actually fight AND prevent chargebacks. Everyone working there is slow to respond, slow to solve issues, and don't care. I was unenrolled from from one of the RDR's or CDRN's (not sure which), and Disputely cared so much, that they didn't even tell me. Overall, terrible company. Had like 50% coverage at one point. Not worth. Go with someone credible like Chargeblast. Literally no point of going with these guys”
