“Update: Support did reach out. While they said they did notify, they also acknowledged could have been done sooner/differently. Review updated because the app itself is quite helpful and easy top use, and also because support did reach out. Like a few others, this app USED to be good. They suddenly started charging for this without any notice whereas before it was unlimited (and free). Having used this for over a year, it would have been nice to know they were implementing this to plan better. Now I have to figure out another way and fast to enable the plans we had.”
“This product is pure junk. I installed it for sale, worked great, then went to deactivate the sale, wouldn't go away. Contacted support, crickets. So I spent 3 hours manually changing prices on each product, and come to find out that this app randomly changed prices on it's own. Don't do it!”
