“Stoked this app is available. 75% of our business is Wholesale and this makes online ordering MUCH MUCH easier for our clients. Also Mohammad has been a really big help when we needed customer service with the app. I would highly recommend this app if you would like to offer price breaks for returning customers, wholesale customers, family or friends that want to order directly, this is easier than a coupon code.”
“Update Feb 12 2026: While trying to remove the traces their support folks messed up our order numbers sequence, we are reporting this to Shopify app support. The Bold Custom Pricing app is in serious need of a revamp some features don't work and whole store slows down. To ensure better performance and reliability it really should be aiming for the 'Built for Shopify' badge. We eventually uninstalled the app with the assistance of Bold's support team, but unfortunately, it still left traces of code behind on our store. A cleaner, more complete uninstall process is essential.”
