“Easy to start using, great for understanding your customers' thoughts on your store. Expensive, compared to other apps.”
“No one reviews you for 2 weeks? 99% of your reviews are 10/10? doesn't matter cause it'll go to 3 stars out of 5 if you have no reviews for 2 weeks. How can you not get any reviews in 2 weeks? well unless you pay $50 a month you only get 5 free emails to send out to customers per month to ask them to write a review. So it's very easy to not get any reviews for 2 weeks. Good initally but very very overpriced considering I can use many, many other alternatives doing the exact same thing for free”
