    “This app works ok but it does need some custom features. For some strange reason if you use a custom status the app overwrites what was in the notes section. If your customer left a note with there order you can not see what your customers said with out going searching for it in the Timeline. The app does not need to leave a note you can see the custom status as the app uses a custom Tag. I did email support asking for them to block this feature on my store and never got a response, so i have now uninstalled it.”
