“The Cross Sell & Upsell team went above and beyond to help us solve an issue we were having with our cross-sells. Ultimately it was discovered that the problem was on our end, but we truly appreciate all of their efforts for heavily researching and going out of their way to help us resolve the problem!”
“EDIT: they also have the audacity to dox your name in public without permission. broke add to cart on all chrome based browsers - no support avail online. cross-sell.js flooded /cart.js until shopify quit and either showed an empty cart or a too many redirects error whenever the add to cart button is clicked on any product. removing the app resolved the issue again. before that, articles below $1 were shown as "FREE" items to customers in the cross sell modal, which lead to tons of complaints.”
