    “I have sent several emails with no support response. This app only works half of the time, sometimes it will charge to customer others it will just spin and think about it until you finally close out and try again with same result. Might work for a customer 1 day then not the next. I have customers that are active in both Shopify and QBO but it will not pull them up in this app to charge to them. You have not reached out, I gave access to store for you to fix! You NEVER even logged into it to fix it!!!! I gave you a phone number to call and have never heard anything!!!”
