“I am editing my review as the app developers did get in contact with me and have been trying to fix all our issues. I am hopeful we will be up and running with no issues very soon.”
“I have sent several emails with no support response. This app only works half of the time, sometimes it will charge to customer others it will just spin and think about it until you finally close out and try again with same result. Might work for a customer 1 day then not the next. I have customers that are active in both Shopify and QBO but it will not pull them up in this app to charge to them. You have not reached out, I gave access to store for you to fix! You NEVER even logged into it to fix it!!!! I gave you a phone number to call and have never heard anything!!!”
