The app, while initially promising, has not kept pace with the evolving challenges faced by Indian Shopify sellers, particularly concerning RTO and COD issues. Despite reaching out with specific requests, the response has been slow and unhelpful. It feels like there’s a lack of commitment to customer needs, and I’m left questioning the value of our partnership moving forward.”
