“It would not display the products in my cart. I would also take products out of the cart and it would put them back in. I was excited because the reviews are great for customer service. Not so with me. I waited for a half an hour, saw that the agent read my message every time. I begged for help because it's live on my store and still nothing, despite the fact that they are reading my messages. (I can see the read receipt). I have no choice but to uninstall and look for something else. So disappointing.”
