“The team is super prompt and always available no matter what the issue is. they are also very well versed with every aspect of the app which makes things super efficient.”
“Really poor tech and support service. cant actually add the widget where you want it. It embeds itself into your cart buttons, so if you want customer to proceed with their original choice it hurts conversion, because they have to scroll through all categories first till you get to their own add to cart button. If you are using google ads and are intent customers dont do it. If you dont care about that, maybe add it. but dont rely on their knoweldge because its limited. 6 hours now trying to add a simple bundle.”
