“The app is easy to get started with, and it’s simple to fill in the information in a way that makes it clear and easy for customers to understand. However, if you have a product with more than one variant and also use express checkout buttons such as Shop Pay or Google Pay, the Size Chart app hides the express checkout button. This is a major issue for us, as it negatively affects the customer experience and could impact conversions. Because of this, we have decided to end our collaboration with the Size Chart app.”
