“THEY STOLE ALL MY MONEY AND THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND. WHEN YOU CANCEL AN ORDER THEY KEEP ALL THE MONEY. THEY CHARGE WAY MORE THAN ALIEEXPRESS!! They can reply on this message to try to look good in front of new customers but they are ignoring me for days. Every time I start a new chat they say I can not start new case and they close it.
