They said i ran out of storage but Shopify proved this was not the case. App scenic cannot rectify this issue for 2 months nearly, and i have been asking for my refund for nearly 2 months and being met with silence. Ive now reported them to Shopify. They refuse to fix the issue, and refuse to refund me. This is FRAUD.”
