“This app did not quite work for my boutique as I needed up sell only. The app developer went out of their way to customize it to fit my needs but the fit still wasn't quite right. I do recommend this app as it is a great app and their customer service is excellent.”

“Customer service is attentive in the live chat, but I keep having technical issues with the incorrect products being displayed for the bundles. After speaking to customer service they always have to "escalate the issue" and I don't have time to keep having issues "escalated" and waiting for their team to solve it. These issues are minor and completely defeat the purpose of adding a bundle app to my store—the app needs more work before it can be used. Decided to remove the app instead.”
