“I just created a bundle, and it worked perfectly. This is finally what you would expect Shopify to do, but this app actually does it. The support team was very helpful. In particular, our communication with Tiffany and Jasmine was friendly, productive, and efficient.”
“Customer service is attentive in the live chat, but I keep having technical issues with the incorrect products being displayed for the bundles. After speaking to customer service they always have to "escalate the issue" and I don't have time to keep having issues "escalated" and waiting for their team to solve it. These issues are minor and completely defeat the purpose of adding a bundle app to my store—the app needs more work before it can be used. Decided to remove the app instead.”
