“Can't use the app because the message part doesn't work. Reached out to helpdesk and go no help. So after not being able to use the app almost my full trial period I removed it. I reached out again so that they would refund the $50 I put in my wallet and received no reply. It has now been 5 days since I messaged them about removing my account and refunding my wallet and nothing from them. I don't know if this is a scam app, but if not then they need to fix their communication issue.”
