“弊社で独自の代理店の仕組み構築を考えていたところ、本アプリを見つけ、Shopifyの中で日本語対応されていることや、独自でアフィリエイトコードを発行できる仕組みを検討の上導入いたしました。 代理店コード発行後にどの注文がどの代理店かを見ることができなかったのでご相談させていただいたところ、もともと企画・開発をされていたということもあり、問い合わせから４日間で機能が実装されたスピード感には大変驚きました。 すべての問い合わせ状況に対してこういった対応をしていただくのは難しいとは思いますが、顧客に寄り添いながら機能開発などでサポートしていただけるスタンスは非常に感動いたしました。 Shopifyは海外のアプリが多く、中には開発中止で突然アプリの開発が止まるなどアプリ選定の際に企業の信頼性は非常に重要な点かと思いますが、こういったカスタマーサポートの観点からみて素晴らしかったです。 今後ともいい形で使用続けていきたいと思います。よろしくお願い致します。”
