Customize your help center
Colors, header, fonts and layout, with a live preview.
Written by OngoingAIUpdated
Make your help center look like the rest of your brand. Go to Help center → Appearance: a live preview updates as you change things.
What you can change
- Brand color: the header, links and buttons.
- Header: gradient, solid or minimal.
- Headline and tagline: the welcome at the top, like "How can we help?".
- Appearance: light, dark, or following each visitor's system setting.
- Corners: sharp, rounded or round.
- Article layout: cards or a list.
- Font.
- A Contact us button that opens the messenger, so anyone who can't find an answer can ask.
Switch the preview between your home page and an article, and between light and dark, with the buttons above it. When it looks right, choose Publish; Discard throws your changes away.
