Nvidia and SSI announce a long-term strategic partnership
Nvidia and Safe Superintelligence announced a long-term partnership pairing an Nvidia investment with access to the Vera Rubin computing platform and technical collaboration on future hardware. The Financial Times reported the investment at around $5 billion; both companies described it only as 'substantial'.
SSI, three months after its founding by Sutskever, Gross, and Levy, raises $1 billion from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, and DST Global; Reuters reports a ~$5 billion valuation.
