“I have had a few issues with navigating our subscriptions account but every time I raise a query recharge employees have been very helpful and concise in their answers. Most recently Miguel was fantastic with his example videos and helping me solve an issue. Thank you!”
“There's absolutely no support. NOTHING! The "Get Help" link in their app is inactive. There's no online chat and there's no ticket system. How does Shopify let them have apps? P.S On October 16, 2023, they replied to my review and I never heard from them. I finally managed to get to a new app and uninstall this app. Supper expensive with no support.”
